How the system works.
The employee management system is an all in one solution to solve all problems that face the flow of information in a security firm.
From the security guards, clients, supervisors, and the management in head office, all events are now vied directly from the cloud based system at different levels.
i. Finclock attendance system in Kenya is used to record reports at the station, reports sent to the database and alerts are pushed to emails accounts and SMS.
ii. The operation manager can view stations independently from the head office, the managers can send messages to the station directly.
iii. The head office can track the position of the finclock device on the map,directly from the computer / phone.
